    Description

    An antique shaker bottle with label "E. R. DURKEE &CO.GAUNTLET PAPRIKA 1 OZ. NET". There's a work that's faded out before Paprika which I can't read. Dried  contents are inside. Neck is embossed "E. R. DURKEE & CO. NEW YORK" and bottom is embossed "BOTTLE PATENTED APRIL 17, 1877" and a monogram in  diamond. So it dates to the later 1800's. All in good condition except the faded spice name and shaker top has some rust.
