    I will combine postage and refund extra.
    I am very sorry to have to add this to my listings of stamp sheets.  Ebay does not respect the seller of low priced items that would require another .35 for tracking.  I would sell nothing if that much postage was added to your shipping cost and I do not blame you.  When the post office occasionally loses a shipment, I am stuck for the entire loss.
    If a loss does happen, you agree to split the losses with me.
    However, If you agree to pay an additional .35, a tracking number will be provided.
