For sale is an 1869 Canadian Silverplate Water Urn Gifted By A. W. Ogilvie & Co. of Montreal Quebec, Canada
The urn having fine Silverplating which is in good condition with little to no tarnishing. Perhaps polished recently.
The floral and foliate patterns are very well done.
The urn with the inscription on reverse:
Presented to Mrs. G. W. Lundie by A. W. Ogilvie & Co. June 22nd, 1869",
Unreadable mark found under the spigot. (See pics)
Some glue residue on heat stops on handles suggesting past repair or replacement. See pics.
