Starting in 1894, the Forbes Silver Company ,a secondary trademark of the Meriden Britannia Company, produced a variety of small silverplated pieces or use by women in the home, including a very large line of silverplated toiletware, as well as a general line of household silverplate.
Its moderately priced line of silverplate were quite well known and continued to be made and marketed by the International Silver Company, which in 1898acquired Forbes and Meriden Britannia until 1935."
All pieces in excellent condition no monogram brakes or repairs clean insides barely used, no dents , a minor nick to one side if the creamer as pictured,  overall nice substantial plating with mirrored finish and soft patina, strong hinge, quality manufacture and steady weight coffee chocolate pot 10 1/4" by 8 1/2", shy 2.0 lbs. weight, lg sugar bowl/tea caddy 7 1/2" by 6 7/8" about 1.0 lb. weight, creamer jug 6 1/2"
