Antique English Silver-plate Coffee & Tea Set with Tilting Urn, Tray & Stand - Hallmarked
Here we are again for Valentine’s Day with another lovely English silver plate coffee & tea service from my Mother’s home. Thankfully, we have been able to restore it to near perfection. It includes a tall coffee pot, teapot, sugar, creamer & waste bowl
plus
a tilting water/tea pot on stand – all set on a large,2 handled, beautiful silver plate tray. We are also including a butler’s stand so that the set can be placed anywhere you wish. This set is graceful & sophisticated with hand-tooled vertical ribbing on each piece. Like all fine English silver, it is hallmarked on the bottom of each piece. The water/tea urn sits comfortably in its raised base so that it can be tilted for pouring while on the stand or off. The tray is 27 inches long & has been re-silvered in London by my Mother’s silversmith. We hope you can see in our photos that this set has been beautifully restored. It is in excellent antique condition, & will arrive to you -- glistening, shining brightly & ready to proudly set out.
