    Description

    OFFERED ... an antique Georgian-style Gorham Electroplate silver teapot on pedestal, beaded edging, wooden handles and finial accents; circa 1895.  Identifying hallmarks are located on the bottom:  "GORHAM (anchor in cartouche) ELECTROPLATE ... 4 ... 01110 ... 1 3/4 PINTS ... (crescent moon).  In addition to these hallmarks, there are what appear to be hand-etched numbers above "GORHAM," which are "12753."  The teapot is in very good to excellent antique condition with only minor surface wear.  I have performed only a cursory cleaning.  Measurements are approximately 10 1/2" in width, 6 3/4" in height, and 5" in depth.
