Antique Marked R. WALLACE 0338 NORTH AMERICAN Pattern Silver Mini 10 oz. Teapot

Inherited from the estate of a family friend, this listing is for a miniature 10oz. tea pot from R. WALLACE & Sons. Along with "0338" I believe the "North American" inscription on the bottom denotes the pattern. It may provide a clue as to where the tea pot was used. Many of the style had been used on the railroad but I can't confirm that was the origin of this item. Regardless, this item is perfect for a collector!
Condition: This teapot is in good condition however, the piece is very tarnished. I'm selling AS-IS. The surface is smooth and free of dents. The silver plating appears worn in the top of the lid. This piece must have some great stories to tell! I have documented the wear in my photographs. The inside appears bright and clean. Please use the zoom feature in my photographs.
