Antique Silverplate on Copper Ornate Engraved Tea Caddy

Lovely Silver Plated (over copper) Classic Tea Caddy
Measures 5-1/4" long, 4-3/8" wide and about 4-3/4" high
Pretty ornate design, does have some metal wear from age, but overall nice condition
Can not identify maker - says N38 on the bottom and under the lid
Pretty piece - could use a good shine.
