Hello, up for auction is beautiful antique Art Nouveau Argentor Werke, Vienna, silverplated brass tea cup holders and sugar bowl set. Both cups and bowl carry the impressed marks "I.G." for the Argentor Werke Silver Co of Vienna, known for its Art Nouveau and Art Deco silver plate items. Attributed to Hans Ofner, a student of Josef Hoffmann (1870-1956) and certainly reflecting his style and design. The cups and sugar bowl are slightly boat shaped with openwork geometrical designs to the body with stylish raised loop handles.
Condition: very good antique, normal loss of silver-plating. Please, be sure to view all photos  carefully as they are included as part of the item description.
