    Emirate of Bukhara, Uzbekistan, 1918, prior to absorption into the USSR.  I believe this is KM-48.  I am selling off my one per country collection formed over 20 years ago.  Purchases were from reputable dealers.  I combine shipping for winners of multiple lots at no additional cost, so please look for my other auctions.  If you're looking for a certain country, let me know and I'll get it listed for you!
