It is an all around mild chorizo, ideal for tapas, sandwiches or for cooking traditional Spanish dishes Specially good for "Pan con Chorizo". No refrigeration neede until after opening. Made from coarsely chopped pork , seasoned with smoked pimenton (paprika) and salt. Only needs to be refrigerated after opening.
