It is no wonder that these steaks are a favorite among our customers. Our delicate cut of beef comes from the non-working muscle called the tenderloin of the corn fed Angus beef. Cut with precision, this petite steak is known to have the most tenderness available in steak which arguably makes it the most desirable cut of beef available. The name is French for "tender fillet" or "dainty fillet". Also known by the misspelling of Fillet Mignon. Steaks processed in Nebraska, where they know good meat. Shipping & Packaging
We ship via UPS (the US Postal Service does not allow shipments including dry ice).  This offers UPS Ground to the 48 contiguous States of the United States.  Our apologies, but we cannot ship outside the United States (including APO and FPO addresses).
Using ample dry ice, our packaging allows our products to reach the entire 48 states via UPS Ground and still remain frozen.  (For more information, go to our

.)  NOTE: Most shipments go out on Monday or Tuesday so as to avoid having the product sit in the UPS trucks over the weekend.  We want to ensure that the meat arrives frozen.
