This is a New Eiko FHS AV/Photo Lamp 82V 300W Projection Bulb, 7 were available at listing time.  This is my item 7738.
These were marked on the box EKTAGRPAHIC III Projector.  Consulting the instructions for the Kodak EKTAGRPAHIC III Projector, I found this information about the bulbs available for these projectors.  I expect that these bulbs have other uses, but this is what I found.
