    Description

***VICTORIAN Quadruple Plate Syrup Pitcher by Oneida***
We are pleased to offer this beautiful and dainty Victorian Quadruple Plate (silverplate) Syrup Pitcher marked Oneida. #70.  The hallmark marking is visible on the bottom.  The Oneida Co. was founded in 1880, in Oneida, New York by John Henry Noyes.
The Syrup Pitcher body has a gorgeous design pattern consisting of the most amazing
etched scrolled vines adorned with leaves, please see photos.  It is simply beautiful.
Beside normal wear due to age and use, the pre-owned Syrup Pitcher exterior and Interior is very clean and in wonderful condition with hard to see surface marks/scratches (very minor).  Otherwise, the Syrup Pitcher is in great condition with great silver plate coverage.  Very shiny even though it has not been polished for quite sometime, and it is very useable today.
We do our best to describe the items and provide visual photos.
If you have any questions or need additional photos or information, please ask prior to bidding/buying.
