Magnificent Victorian Silver Plate Hot Water Urn w/ Armorial Dragon
Adorned with beautiful garland and floral etchings with awesome dragon etched in cartouches on both sides
Good condition for its age.  I was told there were repairs. Loss of silver in some places with copper visible. Also some small dings here and there.
