Vintage / Antique Etched Silverplate & Copper Plate? Teapot, Hallmarked

I have for sale an older unusual teapot or something similar.
Underneath the pot it looks to be silverplate, so I am assuming this is silverplate pot with copper plating. It is beautifully etched all the way around with an embossed design on the sides. If you look at the photos with the lid off you can see how the top is not level. This makes the neck area sit lopsided, which you can see examples of this in the photos below.
It is hallmarked underneath, but I couldn't track it down. Overall the teapot is in good condition, which I have provided over (50) photos below to give you a thorough view.
