much more character than the humdrum commercial carafe...
The shape is elegant, willowy and tall.  It stands just over 9” from slightly footed base to tip of the intact finial.  The graceful spout and swoopy handle are intact, cleanly and fully attached to the body with no repairs or damage.   The hinged lid also works perfectly, allowing easy filling of hot coffee or chocolate.  And you'll see your reflection smiling back in the gleaming surface of this luxurious vessel.
I am not familiar with the particular maker’s marks on the bottom, but they are clearly visible.  NO dings, dents, silver loss, or significant scratches mar this piece.  It’s in very fine condition and polishes up beautifully to a luminous shine.
