Virgin Islands: 1868 VIRGIN -LONG SLEEVE rarity - MNH, perf-15 single line frame

Description

British Virgin Islands - 1867-70 Virgin issue, one shilling.  The single-lined frame is from 1868.
Carmine and black on white paper, perf. 15, position 19 (THE LONG SLEEVE).
Though the face of the stamp is somewhat dirty, I believe it's MNH.  I would, however, consider the condition only "good."
Shown: scan of front and back of stamp AND a specialized catalogue value.
The second image shows a page from Giorgio Migliavacca's seminal work on BVI stamps,
Specialised Stamp Catalogue of the British Virgin Islands 1787-2001.
It references this stamp and in the upper right shows a sample of the long sleeve.  In the year of publication (2001) he valued this rare stamp at 0.
Scott 7 with the rarity of the long sleeve.
