    Description

    British Virgin Islands - 1899 St. Ursula with Sheaf of Lilies - HALF PENNY ERROR
    This stamp is from Row 8, Position 2 of the sheets printed.  The lower bar in "F" is omitted.
    This error was confined to the first printing, so at most there were 1006 of these ever printed.
    The stamp is mint/hinged.  See the image presented. Both the error and the hinging are shown in close-up so you can evaluate the condition of the stamp.
