I am offering an obscure original Walker's Austex Chile Co., Austin, Texas, USA recipe booklet featuring, per the title, Rare Recipes "from Mexico".  The boolet measures 3 3/4" x 5 3/4" with 16 pages including front and back covers.  Interesting recipes, but the middle two pages (see 4th photo) are neat featuring black and white photos of factory #1, factory #2, tamale room and the capping room.  Wonderful piece of obscure memorabilia for this Austin, Texas company.
Not dated, but it is most likely from the late 1930's - 1950's.
A bit of the history:
Walker's Austex Chili Company had its office at 310 San Antonio Street and its plant at 500-502 West 5th Street from the 1920s to the 1950s. Also, up until the 1920s, the blocks surrounding this square were populated by a large number of Mexican-Americans.
